Progress on fixing gameplay mechanics continues.

  • World Level replaced with Essence
  • Overhauled the way wild ones spawn, returning the focus to breeding

From what I've seen it just allows all genders to carry all traits, so females can carry the "Hung" (big D) trait without having the feature to display it ^^ Or Males can carry the big boobs and butts traits as dormant as well

Appreciate all the work, you've put into this project. Is there a way to change the Breeder appearance while ingame in the latest versions?

Did the special task breeding task get moved or removed from the board? ... nevermind found it under the quest menu (hit esc.)

ok so easiest way to explain this is with Futa mating with Female or Male partner this has lower chance of futa offspring than with futa/futa so you can see the dormant trait easier inspect the offspring if theyre purely male or female they may have a dorment Futa related trait like a female with Hung or a male with big brests trait

As for dormant traits - I have no idea. The Essence upgrades supposed to require you to go to the angel and sacrifice nephelyms with certain pre-determined traits and stats. The first two level's requirements are pinned on the Discord's Supporter Chat room. But the system barely works. I did the necessary requirements for two species but neither's Essence level got upgraded. There are no ingame tutorials, no hints about the requirements. And there's f*ck all about this on the Wiki, either.

Any idea when we will get more scenes and more audio for the scenes? Meaning the animations during sex?

I would like to know about the wild ones and breeding mechanics. So far I have found that the wild ones do not level anymore when you release many level 25's of the variant into the wild. I chose to use the infinite lust code to check how breeding mechanics work and how it functions. I found that it was more complex with the removal of leveled wild ones. Even after raising essence levels to 3 or 4 very few uncommon are found in the wild. mostly all wild ones are common and the same level as they were when found. Though some of them have level 3 traits on them. If the focus is to be on Breeding instead of hunting it seems that hours are going to be required to get even to uncommon offspring and much longer to get a rare and little to no chance of ever seeing an epic offspring much less a legendary offspring. I was hoping that this is a bug and that the Wild Ones are meant to level as higher level stock is returned to the wild.

I agree with your summation here. Personally, I think there shouldn't be a focus on either hunting nor breeding and instead focus on finding a balance between the two. I'm not in favor of the tier (essence) system. I believe it should be random to represent the mass diversity of the particular nephelym coming in and out of the world. The hunt doesn't come down to the traits, it comes down to the nephelym, that perfect one you are looking for. The current system doesn't have that. Hell, 'bosses' could be made, where high end, legendary nephelym can be found and it's hard to capture them. Perhaps impossible without an item or potion to aid you. As far as breeding goes, I think a more complex creation of dominant/recessive gene mechanic would allow for what was intended at the beginning for breeding. You could make more rare nephelym with recessive combinations and profit from selling them. As I see this game change into what it is now, I'm observing a lot of changes made specifically to sidestep these shortfalls instead of challenging them directly. A prime example is the big reduction in player's lust. Once you got to a certain level, there was no lust reduction unless you went to the blessed. Technically, you were unbeatable. Now, you're still unbeatable at high levels, just with less lust, which severely reduces your interactions with the blessed. The problem hasn't been solved and created new issues for the player. I've always thought this game needed antagonists. I have an idea, but I doubt anyone would care to listen anyway. If you made it this far, thanks for letting an old gamer rant.

Basically, found that I cannot complete the Orc leaders' quest for an elf, in this version as I cannot breed up the lvl 1 trait to a level 2 one. And went back to farming wild ones to find the lvl 2 juicy trait to no avail either. Spent three evenings farming and breeding to fulfill the quest Req's and no luck. Turning in captures for essence did not seem to help here either, this also seemed to lock out after turning in the first two of five that were qualified. The other three vanished from the list. Cannot seem to breed up or find any that are qualified now. So have hit a roadblock to progressing at the orc leader quest.

When I started my current run I captured 10 Vulpuss. Haven't caught any new ones. I now have some with Busty III and some with Buxom III. From what I understand in order to get a trait at least one of the parents has to have it. In order to get rank up both parents have to have the same stage Trait. So to get stage 3 trait of something either one of the parents has to have it at stage 3 and the other has to have at least stage 1. Or both parents has to have it at stage 2

The Discord has lists for most of them. The 1st one is usually having a Nephelym with an increased stat. 2nd is usually a certain lvl trait. It's different for each Nephelym

I liked the way lust in the old stats worked more. It doesn’t seem like the number of times i can breed or harvest increases very much with the levels. Also does anyone know if the preferences still show up in the stats? I always thought that was neat.
