Public Build: 0.604 Alpha (Patreon)

As a sign of good faith, I am releasing this build as a public build! I realize now that a lot of people were off-put by my first build being patron-only. From now on though, the original plan is in effect. New builds will be patron-only until they are stable, then they will be periodically pushed to public builds.

New Features:

You can now adjust graphics settings in the option menu. This should help with the performance problems some people were having.

Bug Fixes:

Settings were being lost on new breeder creation.

Main menu code cleanup and performance improvement.

Lots of typo fixes.
