You use something like Winrar to unpack it, then you can put the files where ever you want

Can't download Mega with free account due to file size, and Google link errors out for me..

Disregard - issue for google is a chrome restriction. I Cleared cache and rebooted and it worked.

You can download it even with no acount at all. You just need to use Chrome, since Firefox max download size is 2GB

It seems that if you unlock virgin breaks and get the keystone from the dragon matriarch before opening pleasure pastures, monarch doesn’t spawn in. I’m not sure if it happens if you don’t talk to the dragon matriarch, but I do know it doesn’t happen if you don’t open virgin breaks before pleasure pastures.

After further testing, I can safely say it happens if you access virgin breaks. If you get the keystone from keybele you’re okay, but if you actually open virgin breaks, monarch fails to spawn in. I should add that her keystone also doesn’t spawn in.

Apologies on the 2 month old reply. If you open Virgin Breaks gate before the Pleasure Pastures, Monarch will be in the lower valley of Virgin Breaks along with her keystone.
