you can make all kinds of presets, not just female, also this isn't the game, it's the creator which you can use to make customized presets for your game.

I didn't see an option to make a male preset.

Some of the Nephylim do not have male models. Only female and futa. I think the only male models in the game at this point are Vulwarg (Wulf), Foxen (Sionnach), Demon (Incubus), Starfallen (Seeder), Bovaur (Bull), Dragon (Drake), and Human ( Male Breeder). I think male models are a low priority for the creator at the moment. According to the Wiki, there were Harpy and Titan male models at one time, (don't know if they were playable or just placeholders), but for some reason they were discontinued.

whoops, wrong editor. My bad. The gender options are in the drop down menu for varient. The different color options indicate the different gender options.

Is there even a creator build anymore? main reason I subbed was to find and try out this feature so I could try to replace some of the in game female body presets?
