It is normal that Titans spawn on area of Seraphims and Seraphims spawn not at all? I am missing smth?

Is there a way to lower the mouse sensitivity. I mean, I barely move my mouse and the camere goes all 360 on me and It takes me forever to find a way to put the camera back to the place I want it to be.
