theres a spot that says allow cheats how do activate the cheats?

is there an in-game way to adjust the frequency of spawning? if not, you may want to lower it. I found myself getting overrun with nephelym rather quickly. you also may want to move the Lustwood portal a little further away from the spawn point

Buy accoynt is not acceptable. iBut if in next month i cant do nothing with limit - i will go away from here and stop my Breeder access, coz i am tired dont have any options.

Well um... I jumped off the cliff from town to shortcut down towards the Bovaur spawning area and I'm not perma-stuck in between some rocks... hoping I can save and quit since that usually spawns you at home regardless of where you were but maybe an unstuck feature would be helpful, unless there is one and I'm missing it.
