Found a bug where if the breeder has insufficient lust in the wild and attempts to use an item, the item is used (lost) and the message about insufficient lust is still displayed.

It´s considered. but the game is too early in dev, to bring it up on steam. it would need to be more finished. early access would be problematic. because of people who are on the patreon.

Somehow I very much doubt that's going to last long. In the long run, assuming the policy survives at all, they'll wind up using an extremely narrow definition of "legal" that only allows a tiny fraction of h-games through
