February 21st Weekly Update (Patreon)

Another busy week!

First I found an AI voice generator that actually sounds okay.   Its not amazing, but it more then works for stand in dialogue.  

I've been hesitant to get a voice actress for several reason, among them cost, but also I'd like to have as much dialogue done as possible so that I can record as much as I can in one go.  
I'd hate to need more dialogue, and find the original voice actress unavailable or not interested in further work.  So this AI voice will be great in the mean time, so I can get scenes done, and add at least a bit of character interaction into the game.

I've started to record dialogue using this AI, and I can't wait to add it to the tutorial level.

Speaking of, 

The incubus/succubus character sorta acts like Meridiana's Fairy Godmother, and shows up occasionally to offer advice, taunt Meridiana, or just entertain herself.  

When she does so, she likes to wear costumes, some of which might not be period appropriate, but entertain her.  One such costume is the gym costume.   Here she pretends to be a coach (complete with whistle), ready to whip Meridiana into shape!  

The yukata like costume is going to be her standard costume, assuming I can get it to look good, and fix the dynamics on it.

I've continued to work on the modular buildings, and this week build out a door way section, as well as did some major work on the materials.
I can now set the color of the wood to make it appear older, or paint it if I like.  I can even put wear on the paint as well.

This will let me have new looking towns as well as more dilapidated villages.

I'm taking this stuff slow so I can get it right this time, but when its done, it'll be great to replace my little town sections with something a bit more interesting looking.
