Not being able to see posts in the lower tier? (Patreon)

I've had a few of you come to me saying that when you're in the 9$ tier you're getting told to pay to see posts in the lower tier and i really have no idea whats causing that. all of my posts that aren't the "drop a ref here" posts at the start of the month are tagged as just 'patrons only' and aren't tier specific. so everyone should be about to see all the art regardless of the tier.

Like I said only a few people came to me but I'd like to know if this is a wider issue.
