Quick Update - Headaches (Patreon)

I haven't been doing well for a few days. Ive been bedridden with headaches for a bit and been trying to get a bit of work done.

I'm still working as much as I can. Ask Reina 6 is coming. Finished pics are coming, more commissions are coming too. I know can manage this, I just need to rest my head for a bit.
