When a Poll ends in a draw (Patreon)

I've mentioned this loosely in the past but I'll add a page to the #faq tag for this situation. In order, these are the paths:

• Dealer's choice, I just pick the one I prefer.
• Drawing both, if I have the time and energy for it.
• Coin flip.

It rarely happens but with this latest poll ending in a draw as well, I figured I'd put this in writing, properly.
