Dear Patrons,

We are excited to announce that Brixel v3.0 is now available! The resource pack hits the round number with numerous goodies focused around Ancient City theme! In addition to that, there is plenty of new content to discover, so let's dive straight into what is new:

Ancient City is an underworld domain that consists mostly of dark colours. Yet, it is also full of light sources such as Sculk, Lava, Fire and Candles. They create a unique combination of warm and cold light that interacts with the surroundings. We had this fact in mind when creating Brixel content for the Ancient City. 

All of the different Sculk blocks consist of components that emit light in various ways. We also added custom animations to those light sources, to make the scene more dynamic. The blocks have a shiny surface that reflects lighting and create unique visual experience.

Somewhere in those mysterious depths, the Warden has his lair. Beware of this dangerous mob, this time in bricky Brixel version! :)

But let's make things a bit brighter. Besides from the deep dark content, the 3.0 update is literally full of colorful, new content for the Overworld!

You can now make your creations more vibrant by adding Banners and Candles in all the different colours and variations. And there is no better way to celebrate different occasions than lighting up the new Brixel Cake! We've really put effort to make the Cake as "bricky' as possible - it even breaks into smaller pieces when eaten! We hope that you like it! :)

We've also added Flower Pots. They are compatible with all of the different species of flora. Time to bring some green decorations to our Brixel homes :)

There is also a bunch of new items like Goat Horns, Honeycombs and more. Be sure to check it all out!

Oh, and we've almost forgot - we the update brings another new mob. The Witch made her way to Brixel. She even brought her cat. Meow!

It would be awesome if you made an optional texture for Appleskin, if you don't know what Appleskin is it's a mod that makes what's known as the saturation bar visible

Thanks for this absolutely amazing creation, been playing with this pack now for quite a bit, there's only one block that I have an "issue" with, and that is because I use the Physics mod, which btw is excellent in combination with Brixel, the blocks in question are hanging Vines, because when I activate dynamic blocks in the physics mod their reflections and parallax mess up, it ends up looking flat and too shiny, but everything else works perfectly in combination.

No, thank you for looking into a compatibility issue for a mod that you aren't even affiliated with. But now I feel bad for pointing out another one, which is the only other issue I just noticed, again because of the same Physics mod function, and that is banners, their texture messes up if I activate the feature. I don't expect you to look into these issues, as they are not actually your fault^, but having these two mods work together perfectly I guess would be awesome in the same time
