A lone figure walks through the desolate streets of a ravaged city. A mysterious outbreak has infected most, if not all of the citizens. Symptoms include a massive swelling of certain body parts and a voraciously increased sexual appetite.

The city has been completely deserted except for those affected by the condition, rendering it a constant, messy, city-wide orgy. As such it has been dubbed The Hyper Plague.

As we see, however, there are a few that have been stuck in the city and unable to evacuate without risk of infection. It seems the figure has finally found another survivor!
