So it starts off with out protagonist finding out that she's rapidly becoming hyper, her doctor gives her a cheesy old 50's style pamphlet to help her along her journey.

She rapidly fills out the provided "all size fits all" hyper undergarments. Her increased production leads to some embarrassing moments in public. She gets a tad depressed and locks herself inside for a while before getting back out into society and eventually returning to work to meet all her friends who are excited to see her again!
