From Chris: A martial arts flick made in Spanish starring Chilean stunt man and  burgeoning kung fu actor Marko Zaror, who plays twin brothers in this  pure martial arts vehicle. Made for Hi-Yah, the martial arts channel,  and released by Well Go.

Really slick location  photography as you'll see in the screenshots. Pretty standard kung fu  tale replete with training montages and a climactic battle. Twin  brothers studied under a secret martial arts technique, one went bad and  killed their female sensei.
