A Note Regarding Pinup Commission Rewards (Bean Club) (Patreon)

Hey everyone,

I've been meaning to make this post for a while now but had never gotten around to it. 

From this point onwards I'll be having a hard deadline for pinup commission requests (Bean Club Tier). The forms must be submitted no later than the 15th of each month. I've had this stated in the form since I started doing these but never actually closed the form on the 15th, so I'll be doing that now. 

I've noticed folks have been getting their ideas in very late in the month which throws me off schedule, and has me rushing to get these done before the month ends. Sometimes they come in so late that they end up going into the queue for next month, which adds more work onto the pile I already have going. This is something I'm very uncomfortable with. If the ideas are not submitted before the 15th, the form will be locked and you will not receive your reward for that month. You would be refunded 50% of the tier price, the rest being kept as a late penalty fee and covering the cost of previous tiers.

I do NOT want this to happen to anyone, but I also want to be able to deliver a quality piece of art to you each month, so please make sure the forms are filled out. Best way to do this is by filling out the form the day I send them out via email (ie. first or second day of the month). As a reminder, the form link never changes, so you're welcome to fill it out before the new month begins, or even queue up the ideas so you've got them all in for the full cycle, never having to touch the form again (I just ask that you make note what month each idea is for).

It's up to you how you'd like to go abouts submitting your idea(s), I just urge that they're submitted no later than the 15th.
