Well considering this took place two months prior to what we saw in the early parts of the story it’s safe to assume that Luna eventually finds out the truth of what happened and decides to ultimately leave Lina alone, could be possible that her original desire for revenge and to possibly kill Lina was the reason she felt such intense guilt at the beginning of the story.

If I'm being honest, I feel bad for Lina AND Luna. Luna is about to do something she'll feel guilty for, and Lina's world is about to be rocked to the core. All I can say is FU RUSTY!!!
