Now to be fair, I can see both sides in this. Like I understand why they kept it a secret, but at the same time, I understand why Lina is upset.

Regardless of how Lina was conceived it doesn't change the fact that Lincoln and Sam love her and certainly don't see her as a mistake, and despite what Sam did to him Lincoln likely chose to be with her not wanting to abandon her and Lina the same way her father and abandoned her.
