I got a fill on a CLSK hedge against part of my position.  I sold the march $15 calls for $2.77.

Breakeven $17.77

CLSK was at 14.49 at the time

Per IADSS it looked very toppy

PLEEEEEEASE do a deep dive into the option trading world. For dummies and absolutely beginners. Illustrated with examples. I just lose track when you begin talking about option trading like it’s a no brainer. I understand the fundamentals but not on the execution layer

I sold some CLSK today, made the mistake of not taking profits at the end of December. I took the risk of selling 125 Tesla shares in early January $220 because I didn’t have any cash for dips. DCA in to MSTR & miners. Took the profits today & bought back the 125 Tesla shares at $192ish. Now got my bags back with a few extras & some cash for dips.

James, you are a legend, but this is twice in a week, you effing around stepping in front of a moving train and finding out. IADSS doenst seem to be dialed in when selling covered calls that "feel toppy"... Any insights you can share from learning on this and the MSTR covered calls you sold and bought back. Im not talking sh*t, Im asking for constructive learning.
