Detailed Thread on MSTR - MC, Shares, Debt etc (Patreon)

Hi Team
Here is a detailed thread covering MSTR
MSTR STOCK
I know people are upset that MSTR prices down and that is for two reasons that I've explained multiple times
#1 Michael is selling yes this happens sometimes he's selling $211 million worth of stock
#2 of all the SPOT ETF news makes bitcoin proxies look less attractive this is all normal.
IA GAMBIT CRUSHED IT
But remember this I made a decision early 2023 to invest in synthetic Longs and MicroStrategy and that position has become far larger than my bitcoin position which I've been accumulating since 2017.
My gambit to invest in MicroStrategy over bitcoin has paid off in spades.
I'm still holding and I even bought more MicroStrategy yesterday.
MARKET CAP DISCREPANCY
Third, there is a discrepancy between MSTR listed MarketCaps - from Google Finance, Yahoo Finance, Bloomberg, Nasdaq, CNBC, etc. - all are listed in Discourse, so you can see for yourself. My model uses Google Finance and auto calcs # of shares to calculate wholecoiner status etc. My Models are there so people can make a copy and tweak to their own assumptions. Mine worked for my like a treasure since 2020. Remember, models are directional in nature....
NASDAQ:
MSTR DEBT
Fourth re DEBT - re debt - they have 2.2bn in debt - but majority is at zero interest - so until 2025-2027 not a big concern. Also they had 1.2bn in Market Cap before they even bought BTC - so you can net off 1.2bn from Debt is another way to look at it - so net debt is 1bn until 2025 and BTC value.
MSTR SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY
Fifth - the gambit is they issue stock to buy BTC - in a bull market it works like a charm.
IA MODELS - model here
I make models so you can make a copy and make your own assumptions. I make mine. I share all I do. You can take that data and make your own investment decisions.
IA ARB CLOUD
Note IA ARB CLOUD uses TradingView financial Data in the model - not Google Finance
Final note, these are busy times, and I am no longer in a position to answer the same question 100 times over... so hope this will put things to rest. '
