I love James and his work, been a member for quite a few years now. I would like to see him address some of the new to me, concerns expressed by others that seem reasonable to ask. 1. Elizabeth Warren bill that is being proposed or perhaps already passed that will essentially, as I understand it, make it illegal for private individuals to own BTC. So if BTC goes to the levels James talks about, what good will it do if you live in USA and you can't use it. ? 2. The long awaited BTC, ETF event, there are other YouTubers saying that Gary Gensler has had meetings will ALL the potential ETF players and made an agreement that they all have to buy their BTC with USD, not BTC, so far less buy pressure on their ETF's Comments anyone ?

Certainly some FUD out there regarding upcoming ETFs, as well as Warren bill. Worries me a bit, but then I look at how many people self custody their BTC, and that makes me question whether a bill can be passed to make self-custody illegal. Seems a bit late when so many people have it already. My fear is that upcoming ETFs will buy much of the supply of BTC and keep it off the open market, making it difficult for anyone to get any. What if government were to somehow take control of the large amount of BTC held by ETFs and combine that with a potential bill, not allowing individuals to self-custody. I want to be prepared, and I think it's important that we look at all the possibilities. Last, why isn't the government hodling BTC if they see that it is going up in value and is being adopted by so many people in many countries? Just some thoughts going through my mind during this crazy time.
