Sanjay shared this earlier and it resonated with me. I am all of these things.  Even now late at nite.

The chart outlines a four-step process called "The Power of Discipline" aimed at achieving consistent growth.

1) Discipline: Discipline is the foundational step. It emphasizes the need for patience, persistence, and sometimes pain to develop good habits. Discipline ensures that one continues on the path to growth even when it is not easy or immediately rewarding.

2) Habit: Once discipline is established, it leads to the formation of habits. These are the routines, standards, or patterns that become standardized and automated behaviors. Habits are crucial because they lead to consistency without the constant need for active decision-making or effort. The reason I work 7 days a week and get up the same time, eat the same time, work the same time etc.

3) Consistency: The third step highlights the importance of consistency in achieving growth. It stresses that growth should not be based on one-off results or subject to large fluctuations or uncertainties. Predictable and consistent results are key. Also tied into 2) above.

4) Growth: The ultimate goal of the process is growth, which is not just quantitative but also qualitative. This includes development and improvement in a steady and predictable manner, rather than relying on luck or external market conditions. NEVER STOP LEARNING. NEVER STOP TRYING>

The moral, therefore, is that disciplined effort leads to good habits, which in turn lead to consistency, and ultimately results in desired growth.
