Shoutout to @ROBOT8 - who shared a link on Discourse called http://openinsider.com/

INSPIRES ME to set up a kind of chat hotline for community members who discover things.  We will set this up on Discourse.  As a community, we are stronger when we share relevant info that can both save us and also help us make money!

I quickly uncovered top C-Suite at Merck are selling stock as quickly as it can today.  Not sure what is going but the company is 75% owned by institutions and I wonder if they know the insiders are selling.

Coincidentally IADSS Triggered a SELL Yesterday on the 4 hr!!!

My gut tells me it could be due to some upcoming lawsuits re some drugs that the insiders know about.  Merck has issues in France over its thyroid hormone replacement drug Levothyrox.  Seven months after France’s highest court confirmed an earlier ruling that the German company must compensate users who suffered problems from Levothyrox, the case has advanced at the judicial level.

I believe this is why big Pharma like Pfizer and Moderna have total immunity from liability and are hunting down perpetual immunity from lawsuits from their drugs.

2023-01-22 19:53:44 Looks like we have 2 companies mixed up here. Merck & Co is a US pharma company. Merck KGAA is a german pharma company. Ticker MRK and is listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange. They do have the problem with the drug in France. https://www.merckgroup.com/en/investors/shares-and-bonds/share-price-charts.html After the second world war, the US took german Merck's US-based operations as war reparations. That became US company Merck & co. Merck in the rest of yhe world is still the original Merck kgaa germany.
