Go IRS.... trying to pin him on domicile DV vs FL

TLDR  Saylor pretended to live in Florida for taxes but actually lived in DC.   Frequent flexing on Facebook, private jet flight logs and talking about tax evasion on podcasts got him nabbed by the feds

$MSTR down $11. 

Will monitor. Could be a layering in oppty. I nearly bought when I saw weakness in stock and then did some digging.

I'm no expert but, in such cases they negotiate and pay much lower than was in the initial headline (I saw 100mil for both saylor and company combined in one article) so pretty affordable for both in the end I think

I think they have this because of the whistleblower rule in DC and the person that turned him in gets a percentage. If they have inside documents then it is a bad look for him. There are firms that do all the legwork to prove you're Florida or Nevada residency and help with the logs for your defense. It is a must for NY residents as so many are pursued by that state to Florida. California does too but usually settles. It is interesting when these get into a court the final test is often where your dog goes to the vet or especially where the kids go to school so I hope his pup has a vaccine record in Miami... For someone with so much detail I hope he didn't take these details lightly.
