Wicks, my method is pair trading between BTC/SOL. I'm not shorting ever again. You know how crucial it is to be in the market since gains can be made in a fraction of a year. I don't mind getting caught out holding any of the two while we go up.

We all are different. I trade in both directions. I also have a portfolio I do not touch. When my longs are being trashed, I can short the asset to hedge my positions. Having directional bias can cause some real issues for me. I have TSLA, SOL, and BTC bags that I have not touched for years. Except to harvest losses and buy back. But I also have active portfolios. I don't short crypto. I only short equities, for the most part. Much different. "Easier". Trading crypto and equities are much much different.
