James what hardware wallet do you recommend for cold storage? I just have bitcoin eth and sol

Trezor for BTC and Ledger for ETH and Sol. YouTube videos on how to transfer from exchanges to the wallets. Very easy. Just pause along the way as you go through steps

Thank you but can’t I get one wallet for all 3? And I’m so scared to make the transfer it’s crazy. If I make a mistake all my money is gone lol

I got the Trezor first based on most positive reviews, and I agree, it is easy to use. It will not store Sol. At the time I ordered Trezor, I just wanted the BTC off exchanges, but after Celsius issues, I wanted my Sol off as well, so had to order the Ledger to store that. I’m ok with buying 2, because it also keeps me from “having all my eggs in one basket”, just in case something happened to the device/ seed phrases, I at the very least would learn from any possible mistake and not lose all crypto. That said, if you only want one, you’d have to get the Ledger.

It is so easy- just watch the video and go step by step. Only transfer small amount, like $50, first time. Then, when you see how straightforward it is, you can move the rest.

I enjoy "Crosstraining" and variation in my fitness/sports routine, I vary between endurance, strength, speed, coordination and flexibility. I am pretty good in many things sportswise (but not fantastic in one specific area), which prevents me of doing too much of one thing like parkour, running, cycling, trampoline, athletics, dancing... You get the idea. One could see pain also as a good thing because it helps us focusing more on an area that needs more attention sometimes through special exercises for mobilisation / stabilisation/ strengthening - that depends. All the best for you, the IA team & the awesome community and to your HEALTH!
