Looks like Cleanspark is asking it’s shareholders to: increase the number of shares of Common Stock authorized for issuance thereunder from 100,000,000 shares to 300,000,000 shares. And increase the number of shares authorized for issuance thereunder from 3,500,000 shares of Common Stock to 11,512,000 shares, and (ii) add an evergreen provision to, on April 1st and October 1st of each year, automatically increase the maximum number of shares of Common Stock available under the Plan to fifteen percent (15%) of the Company's outstanding shares of Common Stock in each case as of the last day of the immediately preceding month. Thoughts on this and how it may effect price targets?

James, I love your channel and I know these videos are a pain to make with all of the info. That said, I wish the miner videos you provide were up to date and they never are. I can never trust your conclusion. Example, by July 9th All 8 miners reported results thru June 30, yet only 2 of the 8 miners are shown with some June data. Another example, BITF EH is 3.4 MCap 235 =69 ratio, not 103. Makes me wonder if their financials reflect the financial payments and restructuring done, with $62M BTC sold in June to strengthen their balance sheet? Another example, HIVE shows 2.0EH which is only 60% of their mining and don’t appear to be valued with the 2500+/mo Ethereum mined ($2.5-3Million/mo). They also Hodl ETH and their combined EH is 3.2. Another example, CORZ EH is 10.3, not 8.3 and their ratio is way better, maybe they are #1 (although TX exposure is tough). Why is everything so out of date when you are only doing these quarterly? Maybe they are too big of a challenge to nail down with current numbers.

I always appreciate you, James, and I appreciate your comparison of the miners. However, it seems to me you did not really answer your opening question: What's Better - Bitcoin or Bitcoin Miners? Which one is it?

Agree with your point @Tremil D and I previously commented on this too. I have shares in Argo so pay more attention to their updates and their details were not up to date. They have 2.2 E/H now, more being added month by month to get to 5.5 by the end of 2022. They will also be using the new Intel tech. Each month they provide an operational update and do frequent investor calls where you can ask questions, so no excuse for inaccurate info in my opinion.
