Elon Musk says he is terminating his agreement to buy Twitter Inc., TWTR as it tanks a further 5▼ saying the company “is in material breach of multiple provisions of that agreement” and appears to have made “false and misleading representations” when entering into the agreement, according to a regulatory filing Friday.

Twitter is all bots and now tends to amplify toxicity. 

World is better served with Elon focusing on Energy and Tesla IMHO.

Let’s see what the judge is going to say. He may still have to buy Twitter.

LOL. If this case goes before a competent Judge then Twitter will be forced to divulge all of the bot data. That results in Musk being able to walk without the $1B termination fee or getting TWTR at a discount... The partisan blinders some posters here cannot remove really impede rationality.

Discovery, if allowed, is going to be highly entertaining. Less so for Bret Taylor, Parag, and particularly Vijaya Gadde - all of whom could be seriously in trouble if they had knowledge of the misreporting (fraud).
