Contagion spreads fast. Markets rebound just as fast.

I still believe there is a little more flushing of the system to happen - a few more shoes will drop but the big damage is done. That is certain.

Now we simply wait for signs of a Fed Pivot - I seem to be very much along not being a believer that they will while 4 more times this year... the model says it would be armageddon - kill the economy, bring about a debt crisis, kill GDP, kill employment etc. I think their jawboning will allow them to do their demand destruction while maintaining higher than 2% inflation to deflate debt away. The days of 2% inflation are gone. CPI is BS anyhow.

But I watch every day for signs... and I watch the market react. Risk on is getting closer. Keep an eye on Oil.
