beware of Phishing emails.  In a perfect world, it is always best to use a different email address for each platform - that way you can tell what platform and email was compromised.  While I realize it is a headache better safe than sorry. 

And of course, never trust any text or email or DM from anybody! 

Always test official websites.

Data breach of NFT marketplace OpenSea may expose customers to phishing attacks

Triggered by an employee from an external vendor who shared email addresses with an unauthorized party, the breach could lead to phishing attempts against affected individuals. NFT giant OpenSea is warning of a data breach that exposed the email addresses of users and subscribers to the company's newsletter.

Apple is offering automatic masking of email with random-generated addresses when subscribing to a new service. That way you can see exactly who sold your address and to whom + you can cut off only that address.
