PSA: Patreon is Upgrading Website (Patreon)

hey team. Just a quick announcement to say that Patreon is making changes to their website (you may have noticed this on desktop) and they plan on rolling out more changes as time goes on. Patreon doesn't notify us when they make changes, unfortunately, so if you notice an outage on our community forum/Discourse (many of you experienced this yesterday), Discord, or Patreon itself, just check back at a later time and hopefully they've resolved it.
