2023-01-22 20:13:05 #1 observation: protect held BTC by any best tactical method (cold storage, moves assets to best wallets/exchanges, etc.) and #2: 'Wash-Sale' tax harvesting real cost basis lowering/reduction will hit saturation once, most who will so, are adjusted in jurisdictions where there is the significant tax law benefit (USA still allows without the 30 day wait for assets classified such as BTC but that could change as Congress has been discussing putting it into some new legislation bills under consideration). I can foresee that as factors #1 & #2 subside so will their effect on holding down BTC market price.

Microstrategy moves more exaggerated to bitcoin as well those long on bitcoin buying Microstrategy can indeed sell high premium options as well but make your own decisions
