The reason is Token rewards

Stakers and voters receive a portion of the 0.75% of token rewards allocated to the $JUP DAO.

When you vote, you get LaunchPad tokens: You can earn tokens from projects launching on Jupiter's LFG launchpad.

Fees: Stakers and voters can earn a share of the fees generated by the platform.
