Desperate For Input: Bowsette Story Ideas (Patreon)

Okay, so if you're on social media at all, I think you've heard about Bowsette. The question is what I'm going to do with her because I love her design and genderswaps, strong but needy female characters, and Nintendo girls are very much my thing.

Details: So there's kind of a story here to how this happened. Nintendo wants to re-release Mario Bros from the Wii on the Switch. They don't want to remake the game, but they do want to make Peach playable. As an excuse, they made Toadette playable. She can pick up a pink super mushroom (wearing a crown) to turn into a Peach look alike.

People were onboard with that until some guy made a comic; Peach turns down marrying both Bowser OR Mario at the end of Mario Odyssey, leaving them alone on the moon. In the comic, Bowser then flashes Mario the pink mushroom. Cut to them at the next tennis game, where Bowser has turned himself into a spiky blonde princess wearing the mushroom crown.

People have gotten into making comics, edits, and of course more lewd art than I can keep track of. People are using the crown to make a female Mario, Yoshi, Boo, Chain Chomp and so on for anything that could wear a hat. It seems like every artist is making their version of it now. I might end up hiring that cheap artist from last month for something on the side... but anyway!

I have always been fond of female leads and in particular (if Mariopocalypse and Gerudo In Green aren't clear enough), Queen Koopa always struck me as a fun genderswap. Suddenly she's a burly, desperate, dommy yandere who's super insecure and needs a lover BAD. Exactly what direction I plan to take a story for her is up in the air right now... but I definitely like an idea of Bowsette/Queen Koopa being a fully female figure rather than the original comic's Bowser in a Princess suit version.

1. Genderswap em all. Alt world where Maria is a plucky heroine rescuing princesses from dragon ladies as they get into a catty brawl for her attention.

2. Basic setting but with Bowsette instead of Bowser. She kidnaps the princess, Mario rushes to the rescue where Bowsette has a ring set up for a challenge for her hand. She handily beats down the plumber, domming him a while before Peach breaks free and takes a crack at the queen to rescue herself

3. Role reversal. Mario was kidnapped by Queen Bowsette, so Peach strikes out to catch her in the act and catfight ensues.

4. Make it longterm. Maria Mario goes after Queen Bowsette, fighting past various sexed up minions and bosses for a multi-part st0ry.

5. Peach being courted by Bowsette. The dragon queen starts to woo her as Mario is beaten or held back until the blonde starts to fall for the crude, pervy but genuine Bowsette.

6. Bowsette courts some guy. A local, lesser prince or just a guy in the wrong place gets snatched up by the queen who attempts to make him her king (especially in the bedroom~)

7. Bowsette of the Ball. The queen of the Koopas goes to a royal gathering of princesses and princes with the goal of getting laid

8. Other. Leave a comment or a message with your own angle to her.
