Early Access Doc: Weird Cyber Tulpa (Patreon)

Something I started months back but only just started to peck at again. It came about the same time I learned what a tulpa is (effectively an imaginary friend you will into existence) and listening to the soundtrack to the Be More Chill musical (boy gets nano-machines in his brain to make him popular but they go rogue). I didn't get totally into either of them, but the idea of a brain computer person stuck around. So a girl getting one implanted that slowly blurs the lines of reality; when the girl only you can see has access to your brain and bodily functions and can simulate feelings of touch.

I think I let it be for a while because I was trying to get an angle that wasn't just "it goes wrong and tries to take over" or retreading the ideas from Girlfriend Ascending. Not sure if I'll finish it, but definitely stays on my mind.
