Last days I've been playing Azur Lane and I got caught by the Baltimore "race queen" skin, then I saw an image of Hu Tao using the same skin in socials. I thought that it would be nice to see Shenhe using this skin and that's where we are right now. 

I'll do my best with this image since I've been wanting to draw Shenhe for a long time and after more than one year I'm able to do it.
