DDB GameLog v0.11.0-rc1 for Foundry v0.8.x (Patreon)

Hey there @everyone. 

I've finished the modifications of the module to be compatible with Foundry 0.8.x.
I hope they won't change their codebase a lot in the following days, if yes, I will keep the pre-release package up to date accordingly.

If you would like to test the pre-release version please follow some guidelines:
- Join to the Discord server (if you haven't joined yet).
- Turn on debug mode in the core settings > debug.
- Turn off other modules to minimalize incompatibility issues (except ddb-game-log)
- Do not forget to update DnD5e system to the new one
- Make screenshots of the console if you experience issues
- Make a post on discord in the #foundry-0-8-compat channel with the screenshot and write some words how can I reproduce the issue.

Official release of the 0.11.0 package
The official release of the package will be on the same day when they release the stable Foundry v0.8.x module. According to the official announcement it will happen on 31st of May.

Upcoming features and features in progress
All of the planned and in progress developments are postponed after the official release of Foundry 0.8.x.

Those features are:
- Official monster roll support   
- Character avatar/profile images
- Automatism phase 2
- Roll history import
