2 years of BOC. Man, it feels simultaneously longer and shorter.

To celebrate Vol 2 getting a release date, have a vision of some growth: from when Jin first arrived at the Farm, all that time ago, then him after 1 year.

Full Res, background size of Arrival 2 will be released to the Rooster Tier, and a week later the Hen tier!

All credit goes to Tsuu for the art!

Does anyone know what the release date of book 2 is? Is it the same as the audio book?

Congrats, farmer! Happy to have been on the ride with you ❤️

Holy shit two years? Are you sure? I remember being there in the thread (probably lurking tho) at 5 chapters. Wut

Very nice! In picture #2 of Fa Ram, I can't tell if Ri Zu is sitting atop Bi De? Also, is that Bei Be way in the background, on the near side of the river?

Anonymous

Ri Zu is definitely on top of Bi De. If you zoom in you can see her.

Love the 1st two landscape & character paintings. They give me warm fuzzies and are beautiful, capturing a great feeling of surveying land, home, community nd family as they grow over time. Thank you for sharing and to both author and the artist for their ongoing talent and quality enjoyment we readers and viewers get. Keep it up!! You rock! So much Danish hygge in these tales. Love them!

P.S. I set a section of the 1st one as the background (home & lock screen) on my smartphone. Will enjoy it often as such! Thsnk you again!

Whoa, love the landscapes. Waaaay different from what I was picturing, but I guess it's more majestic this way ^_^

Is the gate with "beware of chicken" behind the frame in the second picture or is it somewhere else?

maximilianshade

I love the art, but the fact that the island with the house on it changes size / shape between the two images bothers me. :P

Dragebar

He did slightly divert the rivers^^ so thats ok to me. The Mountain in the top right changing so much triggered me way more

Carl Mason

Is anyone else reading Artorian's Archive: Antelucan? The story makes a cameo.

Carl Mason

Because it is meant to define the property line, not prevent movement of animals. Smallish animals.

Not crossover, not webnovel. A (probably) fair use cameo of this story for those who know. Apparently the author is a reader and wanted to honor CF with a clear knock off appearing in his story.

"The hens were guided by the calls of a moonlight rooster with shining spurs, masterfully stroking his wattles with a wing while surveying the situation from a tall perch that no nyan cat dared assail." Excerpt, chapter one, the first of the two mentions (that i have seen so far).

Carl Mason

"For what took a hundred men weeks in the field, a sole mage did in a day. Jin of the Earth Vein, master of the moonlight rooster, and farmer most casual, was particularly famous for this." Excerpt, chapter two, the second of the mentions.

ShadeByTheSea

The pictures look nice :/ just nothing like it looked in my head.

2023-01-19 18:17:51 true that. personally i was 'disillusioned' when the first pictures came out, it was like ... i imagined it to be a serious- grounded story, but the pictures was cartoony & goofy, which impacted my perception of everything. (but i ended up taking it for what it was, another fan's art work, talented at that, and well suited for lightheartedness side of the story)
