I imagine the metabolism of werewolves being faster. So I don't imagine him doing a lot of routines or going extreme. I also just thinks he likes to work out sometimes!

Not often! I picture him more doing his own types of workouts when he's wanting to blow off some energy. Something like his own sort of reps that he can do anywhere.
