It's here! Finally it's here. 

Sorry for the long wait everyone, but writing this update has been very difficult. I needed to  wrap some loose ends and open up new ones for the story to progress.

I don't feel like I did a very good job of it. My lack of planning and foresight at the beginning of the story is trying to write me into a corner every now and then, and this is the result of me wiggling my way out.

In any event, I will release Chapter 31 tomorrow. I'm putting up the finishing touches.
