Chapter 70 (Patreon)

Hello!

This month has not been a good one for writing and I apologise for the infrequency and shortness of chapters. This chapter was unexepectedly difficult to write and shows I really need to change and get ahead of myself so it doesn't happen again.

For that reason, I'm not going to be billing for the month of July. If you're already a patron, that means you will continue to be so without needing to pay for membership.

I will still produce new chapters and this patreon will still be ahead of Royal Road, I just won't be getting paid for it and it may not necessarily be a chapter every week.

I'm giving myself a lighter workload as I focus more on the things that don't make it into writing, like planning, world-building, balancing, maths, etc. This should hopefully mean come August, I'll be able to easily go back to writing a chapter a week.

I also came up with a new cover which I hope is an improvement. Tell me what you think.
