After his enormous werewolf boyfriend's particularly cruel fucking on a cold full moon light, Adam feels the full change finally overtaking him.  All he has to do is let it happen.

Half-turns have a near insatiable libido.  This serves them well as getting railed several dozen times a day by fully turned werewolves can speed up their own final change.  After which they can at last fully adjust to their new lives.

The chain Adam wears is called a Kuu.  It is a trinket given to a half-turn by a full werewolf binding them together in a sense, and mitigating some of the more nasty side effects of the affliction.  Such as near fugue state rages.
