So, I have seen this movie so many times. But it has been years since I had seen it last. So when I heard Pacha's wife speak and immediately recognized it, I was confused. I looked it up, Wendie Malick voices her. She also is the iconic voice of Eda the Owl Lady from the Owl House. A show that I have devoured and loved and am a big fan of. I couldn't believe it when I recognized her in this film when she sounds so different in this film. She is really talented!

And she was Dr Ruben in Alvin and the Chipmunks: the Squeakquel. A film that I watched a lot when I was younger. (I don't like it that much now.)

I hadn't seen this before either and had no clue what it was about. I thought it was pretty good, had a lot of cool stuff that not seen before in Disney films, like the 4th wall stuff and the main character being completely horrid. The voices took me a while to get but you gave me the push to who Kronk was and I worked out the others. Animals are always so good in these films, the cat stuff had me laughing a lot. Think this is your shortest movie reaction ever and even though it was short I think this film was the perfect length for the story it told, no filler and things tightly told. Was also surprised there were so little songs in this

I'll also have to look this up but wondering if this movie was based on Peru with the Emperor called Kuzco when a city near Machu Picchu is called Cusco and all the very tall hills felt very reminiscent of that area

Ida

lines i use on a daily basis... "what?! A LLAMA?!?!?".. "did you see that sky today? talk about blue".. "ahhhhhh llama face :(".. "break it down, are you kidding me? this is hand-carved mahogany".. "yay i'm a llama again!".. "what to do, what to do.. what to do with the body". obsessed with this movie hahahahah. also love how seb had the exact same reaction as kusco and pacha when yzma lifted her dress :D i never had a crush on kronk, he was always so goofy...not demitri from Anastasia was ayyyyyyyyeoooooooooo :)

Yzma is iconic xD

Paige Atkinson

Princess and the Frog is soo good!!

Shadowcat

So quotable! Lines I use on a regular basis: "Cheese me no likey." "No touchy!" "No, no, he's got a point." "Bad llama!" "Wrong lever!!" "Why do we even *have* that lever?!" "By all accounts, it doesn't make sense." "I never liked your spinach puffs!" And the ever favorite, "Oh, right. The poison. The poison for Kuzco, the poison chosen especially to kill Kuzco, Kuzco's poison."

Shadowcat

Along with this one, you've already done some of my favorite Disney/Pixar movies (Tangled, UP!, and Wall-E), so my recommendation would be to do Lilo & Stitch and Monsters, Inc. They're so good! And if you want to go back to classic Disney, have you ever seen Lady and the Tramp? Or The Little Mermaid for Disney revival? So many good movies to pick from!

I’d never heard of this one, very good and fun watch along.

2023-02-09 05:04:31 If you notice when they give Kuzco the Llama serum, Yzma throws her drink on the cactus & when you see it again it's rearranged to look like a Llama cactus. This movie is so underrated, it's hilarious!
