I love this episode. The title is really clever, with "hands" being literal and "heart" figurative. I like that they took advance of alternate realities allowing them to do brutal things. And the whole thing is an exploration of what would change in Strange's personality if the timeline was changed. Which is different from most other episodes so far, which mostly use the same character personalities in different situations. And having him actually be able see The Watcher was a great surprise. Also, the central element is the same as the Doctor Who concept of a fixed point in time. I bet you'll also point this out, but I'm typing before watching.

This was a really cool episode, I do love when they play with time when it's done well. Shows how strong Dr Strange can be as well as we haven't really seen his powers that much yet, mostly just him using the time stone. I liked that they actually destroyed the universe as well, an actual consequence to something. Just a good episode in general with the themes. Was funny when you said about the NPC choices as I do the same even though feels like most people I know always go for the evil options.
