The last of the 3 episodes for today! Definitely do not want to drag this out for months which some reactors do as I want to watch a lot of different animes! Schedule might fluctuate as we are watching a lot of shows but I will be trying to get as many episodes out per week :)

Would love to hear what you guys (especially any first time watchers) thought of these episodes as I really do love reading your opinions!

This anime gripped me so quick that I ended up watching 49 episodes within 3 days. (Up to release of season 3 part 1). Only other show I have binged so hard was GoT. This show got me into anime.

I do like that we got so more insight into Mikasa this episode. I’ve been wondering how her relationship with (and protection over) Eren got to that point, and this definitely gave us insight into that. I feel like it reminded us as well that these characters were just kids when all of this started, and all of the trauma they had to endure. It’s easy to forget when they’re soldiers actively working as a team to fight the Titans. So when a character freezes, like Mikasa this episode (or Armin the previous episode), it’s not necessarily because they’re weak people. This cruel world that they live in has broken them, and keeps breaking them.

I’ve only just realized how easy this series is to burn through. I was trying to catch up when you guys started last week, now I’m halfway through season 1 😅 (Can’t believe I slept on this for the longest 🤦🏻‍♂️)

AoT gets considerably better with each season, so expect to binge the whole show in a short amount of time. The cliffhangers get more brutal as well.

Jury duty vlog would be so cool even though legally it would have to be mostly blank 😭 This episode was great for some Mikasa and Eren backstory. Sets up the strong reasons why Mikasa sticks with Eren so hard and the origin of her starting to actually fight. I guess a lot of these earlier episodes show how charismatic Eren is, to get people to overcome their fear and fight for themselves.

It seems like you are being recommended mostly Battle Shounen type anime, which isn't surprising as it is the most popular (also probably my favourite type). Jujustu Kaisen is great. Demon Slayer is big right now and I think season 2 is airing right now so would be maybe bigger views for it on Youtube. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (64 eps) would probably be a pretty good early one to do as it is widely considered the top anime. Hunter x Hunter (148 eps) is my personal favourite. Naruto and One Piece will be recommended a lot, I love both of them, but they are so many episodes it would be an almost permanent feature of the channel until you can invest more time. I've seen a few people recommending in your comments - Haikyuu!! which is a sports anime which is amazing. I didn't think sports anime would be any good for ages until I watched that. There are a load of less popular anime that are amazing, loads of different genres around as well.
