Ok Sense8 fans (sensates?), my interest is piqued 😂 Tbh this show was one that was on my radar that I never got around to. I see why this developed a fan base globally, as the amount of representation so far is on point. ***Also, we clearly are all on the same page, recommending shows that have a certain sex appeal lol #Thirstdays

Yessssss. I've seen this show in it's entirety about a dozen times. Not gonna lie, the first time watching s1 was pretty confusing for the first couple of episodes but once you get it, it's amazing. The cinematography is phenomenal and most of this show is filmed on location. That was the excuse they used for cancelling it, that it was so expensive to film at the different locations. I'm glad you watched episode 2 as well. To think that so much representation could be in one show.

Initially i wasnt feeling it but arounbd 30 mins in it got me, actually looking forward to watching this more. And your face at the end hahaha, looking into my soul.

"A show does well when it focuses on character first, plot later" - Seb Absolutely. There isn't much plot so far and I don't understand what we did get (which is clearly intentional). But I'm already invested in some of the characters and it's a feat to get me to that point in just one episode. The plot will then have more impact when it happens to those characters.

I haven't watched this since it came out a few years ago and I've forgotten a lot of it so I'm really looking forward to the re-watch. I'd also forgotten how cryptic everything is to begin with lol. I love the vibe of this show though, the mystery and the sci-fi elements, and the characters are all immediately interesting and likeable (and attractive 🤷‍♂️). I will never get tired of watching you blush at sexy scenes, Seb 😌😂 Looking forward to the rest of the series.

I do want to say, some of this show is just literally images and sounds that you should let wash over you. The plot and characters and everything is also amazing, but keep in mind that it's also artsy and it does an amazing job at being 'stimulating' lol Happy you're doing this show. I forgot how good it is :D

Damn I forgot how good this show is. I haven’t seen it since it first came out. That theme song gives me chills in the first few chords. I can’t wait for you to keep watching. So many questions get answered but then new questions pop up. The show is beautiful which is why it was so expensive.

YES! this is one of my favorite shows of all time. I know you'll love this one. who is your favorite character so far? I know it's early but I'm curious to know who you're drawn to at this early stage. I love that you're already feeling that this is a character-driven show more than a plot-driven one. just relax and enjoy the wild ride because it is quite the wild one for sure! if you thought this episode was spicy, you ain't seen nothin' yet! haha

This was all fimed in the actual locations all over the world. Just an amazing production. Have nothing but praise for it. Hang in there it just gets better as you go! Love the diversity in it. Love the characters so much. So well written. So well acted. So well shot!

I forgot how fire the music in this show was. This was one of the early "netflix originals" and really set the bar so high. It set the standard for streaming shows.
