I got Disney Plus especially for this 👌😂

FYI, the scepter is NOT the Tesseract. 😉

Zucchini is what American's call Courgette, so they are hiding it somewhere ;)

I really like this movie in hindsight because it set up a lot of important things to come later. It also really brought the infinity stone saga into play front and center. It is now clear that 4 of these 6 stones have shown up recently and they are important, bringing together all the previous storylines. And I personally enjoyed learning more about Clint and his motivations. People tend to overlook him as an Avenger, but his wife is right — they need him and his humanity to help round out the team. James Spader as Ultron, of course, is creepy and menacing and bone chilling. Loved the reaction, and glad to hear you’re feeling better!

By the way, I know you figured it out by the end, but the six infinity stones are colored differently and do different things. Ones we have seen so far are the blue one inside the Tesseract, the yellow mind stone that was in the scepter, the purple stone from Guardians, and the red one from Thor 2 that was taken to The Collector for safekeeping at the end. That leaves the green one and the orange one, and we know nothing about those yet.

William

All well said. Super ditto on this being a linchpin of sorts for a great many things to come later, as well as your take on Clint. I do love that even he makes fun of himself here. These are great moments.

Michael

It's definitely one of the weaker MCU films, but has a lot of character building that plays an important role later. Age of ultron is not really worthy of an Avengers film, the next Captain America is far more Avengers level. I think all films from this point onwards just get better and better, on the upswing now :)

I get why people find this one of the weaker Avengers films, but it's still so good! Age of Ultron gave us Wanda and Vision, two of my favourite characters.

Dannielle

The pacing is definitely off in this movie and some scenes do go on longer than they need too, but this movie does have some of my favourite MCU moments and it sets up so much for the future. "Elevators not worthy" my favourite joke.

If you’ve not seen the blacklist, add it to your watchlist 👌👌

Seb, did you know the actor that plays Ulysses Klaue (Klaw) is portrayed by Andy Serkis, the same guy that plays Gollum/Smeagol :)

"Suddenly, I am now a wooden Log" XD

Your gay fans/women fans reacted the same as you did on the log splitting moment…trust me…the theater audibly moaned 😂

I am one of his gay fans, and I can confirm this. hahahaha.

Dani

Yh it's not one of the best movies in my opinion but it is extremely important for the MCU future. I mean even now in phase 4 this movie is still affecting the current projects.

I love the twins but come on. They were introduced as Hydra volunteers who wanted to help Hydra achieve global chaos, yet they later pretend their goals did not align with Ultron wanting to wipe out humanity because they were somehow the good guys the entire time? Wanda planted a terrifying vision in Starks's head and knew it would lead to his self-destruction which is why she let him take the scepter, but then later acts like the Ultron fiasco is all because Tony just doesn't understand right from wrong? Her quote that Ultron can't tell the difference between saving the world and destroying it coming from Tony is incorrect. Ultron did not come from Tony, he came from the mind stone which had uploaded a bunch of images of humans destroying the world and each other. Also, Tor & Steve took their Wanda-induced vision/nightmares to heart, Thor went on a vision quest because o it, yet they continued to talk down to Stark regarding the nightmare Wanda put in his head, as if he should have just brushed it off immediately as a lie? And lastly, the twins blame Tony for the death of their parents because some terrorists were able to acquire Stark weapons and used them on their home?
