New menu + re-fixing stuff (Patreon)

Added a new blog post at www.lateshifter.com about the work I've done the last couple of days.

Highlights:
- I've re-added fixes that went in 1.0.2 but were accidentally left out of 1.0.3 (Linux missing assets being the biggest one)
- Added a new menu system because the old one was temporary and very error prone.

I'm pretty happy with it. It's a lot more customizable and script-friendly compared to the old choice-based one.

Expect 1.0.4 in the next few days, which should be the last bugfix-only build before new content is added.
