The 'girl next door' of the Disney dog-faced universe. Considering she was the plot-driving crush of Max in the film, it stood to reason she would become a crush for many of the audience members as well.

I personally didn't have much of a crush on Roxanne but I had a big one on Sylvia Marpole from the 2nd movie, thought Roxanne was very cute still.

I didn't get a crush on Roxanne until I rewatched the movie as an adult, but then again I didn't notice much of anything about the movie except how different it was from the show first seeing it as a kid (and then the second movie was completely different from either the show or the first one to make things worse).
