Crush class: C (childhood)

The 'Ewoks' cartoon was interesting in that it was largely reworked between its 1st and 2nd seasons. Many will disagree, but I preferred the more shallow, selfish and brassy version of Latara from the show's second season.

I don't know why but the hands and feet of ewoks put me off. I remember seeing that cartoon in the 90's and was freak out by the big toe digits they had. I think it might actually be the nails, Ah IDK. This didn't scar me like inhumaniods at lest

For me, the second season of Ewoks was a terrible comedown. Latera and Teebo are big reasons for that. In the first season, their personalities were fairly nuanced like real people such as Latera being a person with her passions for music and Teebo, but otherwise she's a considerate and brave girl whom you could like. Likewise, Teebo is an intelligent and obviously talented voice of reason to the more active characters; the kind you would expect to be Master Logray's apprentice. The second season threw away all that character play for pure Saturday morning caricature cliches.

I almost forgot about the show, unfortunately back in the day very few ppl knew about it, The adventures they had were fun and they even had a fallow up story in a comic. The comic was surprisingly dark considering how light tone the show was.

Found it! It was called Star Wars: Ewoks Shadows of Endor
